Return & Refund Policy

At PestPal, we do everything we can to ensure you’re happy with your purchase and provide effective pest control, but we know that sometimes products don’t meet expectations. We’ve made our return policy as easy as possible.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY FOR ONE-TIME PURCHASES

If your PestPal kit is unopened and unused and you’d like to return it, send us an email at support@pestpal.com within 30 days and we will process a refund and send you a shipping label.

If you’ve applied PestPal and aren’t getting the results you expected, we offer many solutions to help get rid of the pests. Start by emailing support@pestpal.com, and a PestPal customer service representative will help offer solutions to meet your expectations and get rid of pests, including potentially sending no-cost alternative applications kits or separate instructions. If other options have been exhausted and the product is still not meeting expectations, PestPal may offer a refund at their discretion.

After 30 days on one-time purchases, we no longer guarantee the efficacy of PestPal or offer refunds. If you’d like a longer guarantee period, consider a PestPal subscription which guarantees efficancy throughout the subscription.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY FOR PESTPAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

PestPal subscriptions include the PestPal Guarantee which we guarantee your satisfaction with the product. While no pest control formula can be 100% effective, if PestPal is not making a substantial difference in the amount of pests inside your home, contact us at support@pestpal.com. Our customer service will help offer solutions to get rid of the pests, including but not limited to sending no-cost alternative application kits, modified application instructions, or possible refunds. If we’re unable to help with your pest problem after speaking with an representative and trying alternative solutions provided by PestPal, we will offer refunds in most cases.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the “Manage Account” link on pestpal.com. If you’d like a prorated refund on a subscription, contact the PestPal support team and we can get you taken care of.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

After you’ve been refunded, you should get an email confirming the refund amount. If you haven’t received the email after 2-3 days, please contact PestPal support. After receiving the email, if you don’t see the refund reflected in your bank account in 2-3 days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@pestpal.com.
